Emerging Talents invites all photographers, to present a project about the theme “Past, Present, Future”.
A professional jury will value the works and announce 6 winners. Only one will be selected for the exhibition and 5 for a screening, presented at FACTORY of MACRO (Museum of Contemporary Art of Rome) from 2nd to 17th December 2017.

What perspective can we adopt in order to more clearly focus upon a world that is changing so rapidly before our very eyes? Contemporary photography represents one of the more effective means of unraveling this mess: by using archives and memory to illuminate the past; by interrogating the web and emerging technologies in order to root around in our present; and by employing participant observation to document infinite realities and stamp them upon our memories. Can a photo – a frozen image of the present – bring past and future together?
